GODERU Solution Engineering is a telecommunication company and was established in the year 2007. The company was pioneered by a team of professionals with reputable track record and experience in high-tech telecommunication infrastructure network whom share the same mission: providing a flexible range of telecommunication services to the customers that meet/exceed all of their highly quality requirement. GODERU entered into a strategic business in telecommunication as supplier and service provider in terms of integration, installation, construction and engineering design services for telecommunication development.
In line with these activities, GODERU established strategic alliance with selected reputable multinational foreign telecommunication equipment manufacturer as the distributor agent, representative, as well as marketing agent of them. The equipments include but not limited to repeater, TMA, broadband wireless, PDH, SDH.
With telecommunication technology infrastructure sector as our core business we are providing services for telecommunication infrastructure, implementation and support in survey, construction, telecommunication implementation (TI) and quality audit (QA), operation and maintenance, expansion, supply, and performance support.
We have high competence resources, full commitment and wide experiences in Radio Base Station (RBS) both macro, micro and in-building, GSM (2G -3G), CDMA, WCDMA (EVDO), Repeater RBS micro, Wireless Local Loop (WLL), VSAT, Optical Network and SDH-PDH Microwave both macro and micro.
Though GODERU is newly established, we acquired full financial support by our own group that covers major project financing facilities under investment and working capital loan agreement.

Our Team Background, Expertise and Achievement
Our team members have great and wide experiences in 2G - 3G and CDMA technologies from various vendors in Indonesia. Their personal involvement and achievement on some project give us a major contribution in order to provide a wide range of highly skilled, experienced and yet cost and time effective services and better customer support.
GODERU was established with the support from SSPros, which means experienced engineers who actually set standards on their respective discipline. SSPros were important component of NSN, Ericsson, Samsung, Motorola, Siemens, ZTE and Alcatel in delivering services to customers. Our SSPros’ experiences in driving and managing the implementation project activities to achieve costumers’ goal and edge side to deal with customers has been tested and well proven for years.

- Lead structural engineer from Philippines, member of ASEP (Association of Structural Engineers Philippines), extensive years of telecom structural experience for Globe Telecom, Nokia Philippines, Nokia-Siemens Network and other multinational companies, 23 years of relevant experience
- Lead telecom engineer with 11 years of relevant experience in site acquisition, BTS installation, operation and maintenance, in-building integration
- Full project cycle on repeater supply, installation, maintenance in Indonesia (2006)
